1 c. couscous
1 1/2 c. low-sodium chicken broth
2 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
Juice of 1/2 a lemon
2 tbsp. freshly chopped parsley

  • Step number 1. Rinse couscous under cold water until water runs clear.
  • After it, In a medium saucepan over medium heat, bring broth to a boil. Add couscous, then cover with a lid and remove from heat. Let sit 10 minutes, then fluff with a fork.
