2 Bunches dark leafy kale thinly sliced
1/2 cup Golden raisins or dried cranberries
1/2 cup Pistachios
1/2 cup Shredded parmesan cheese
Zest of 1 lemon about 1 tbsp

You can also add all dressing ingredients to a small bowl and whisk until it emulsifies.
