1.5 lb. raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp smoked paprika
2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
2 Tbsp avocado oil, or extra-virgin olive oil, divided in half

  • First step, In a large glass bowl, add shrimp, all seasonings, juice of 1 lime, garlic, and 1 Tablespoon of oil.
  • Next step is, Season with sea salt and pepper to your taste, then stir well to coat.
  • Step 03, If time allows, refrigerate/marinate for 15 minutes or so, covered.
